Two arrested after parents Northern Arizona photographs of those young people who allegedly abused they posted on Facebook.
Children’s mouths taped shut, and one of those hanged upside down by a number of sports equipment, according to the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office in Flagstaff.
“I was shocked and horrified, and I’ll tell You that in 30 years in law enforcement in Arizona, it is one of the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen,” Rex Gilliland says the station commander.
An anonymous caller to know the names of the parents and where they live, Reuters reported. Deputies arrested Frankie Almuina, 20, and Kayla Almuina, 19, at the home of Williams, Ariz., on Thursday and charged with two counts of child abuse.
