From New York City Department of Transportation: on Saturday, new year’s Eve, seventh Ave. and Broadway between 41st and 59th Sts., including all cross streets, will begin to shut down at about 3 p.m.
The Times Square would remain closed until about 3 am on Sunday, January 1.
